• No refunds are given in case of 'force majeure'.
• No refunds are given if the client leaves the program after it has begun for any reason whatsoever or miss any scheduled sightseeing or visit or no showing up.

• If cancelled up to 15 days before the tour starting date, free of charge.
• If cancelled 15 days or less before the tour starting date, 30% of the total amount is charged (deposit).
• If cancelled 7 days or less before the tour starting date, 55% of the total amount is charged (30% deposit + 25% late cancellation fees).
• If cancelled 2 days or less before the tour starting date, 100% of the total amount is charged.

✅ PRIVATE SET TOURS:

• If cancelled up to 45 days before the tour starting date, free of charge.
• If cancelled 45 days or less before the tour starting date, 30% of the total amount is charged (deposit).
• If cancelled 15 days or less before the tour starting date, 55% of the total amount is charged (30% deposit + 25% late cancellation fees).
• If cancelled 7 days or less before the tour starting date, 100% of the total amount is charged.

✅ PRIVATE CUSTOMISED TOURS: 

• The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
• If cancelled 7 days or less before the tour starting date, 55% of the total amount is charged (30% deposit + 25% late cancellation fees).
• If cancelled 2 days or less before the tour starting date, 100% of the total amount is charged.

• Children 4 years old to sleep, ride with parents for free
• Children 5 - 8 years old charge 75%, children 9 years and older are charged as adults.
