How to fully enjoy the beauty of Ha Giang in 4 days and 3 nights is probably a question that many young people are searching for. Understanding this mentality, we have researched and compiled the most beautiful places you must visit and check in while in Ha Giang below.

Day 1: Departing from Hanoi to Dong Van

From Hanoi to Ha Giang City is about 300 km. You can travel by sleeper bus, which takes about 6 hours. However, travelers can also choose to go by Limousine, taking about 5 hours.

On the route from Hanoi to Dong Van, you will pass through Quan Ba and Yen Minh. On this first day, you will stop at the 0 km milestone in Ha Giang City, visit Bac Sum Pass, Co Tien Twin Mountains, Heaven's Gate, travel to Yen Minh, go through Tham Ma Pass, visit House of Pao, and finally arrive at Dong Van Town.

If you take a sleeper bus, inform the bus company to drop you off at the location where you rented a vehicle or the hotel you booked. If you haven't booked a room in advance, you can sleep on the bus and wait until the next morning to continue your journey. In the case of taking a Limousine, don’t forget to book your room in advance and rest well to prepare for tomorrow’s departure.

Some must-try street foods when visiting Dong Van Old Town are grilled corn, roasted sweet potatoes, and especially "nuoc thang den," a drink with a unique flavor that combines the spiciness of ginger, the aroma of sesame, and the sweetness of the syrup, which will definitely leave you wanting more.
